Welcome to Screen Share CastNow ("the App"). By using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Standard License Agreement (EULA)

Except as otherwise specified, this App is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can read Apple's Standard EULA here: Apple Standard EULA.

2. Description of Service

The App is a P2P screen casting and mirroring utility. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to broadcast, transfer, or stream illegal, malicious, or copyright-infringing material. You assume full legal responsibility for any content you transmit through the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Title: CastNow VIP - 1 Year
• Duration: 1 Year (Annual auto-renewing subscription)
• Price: As displayed in the purchase page ($2.99 USD per year or equivalent localized price).
• Payment & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.

• 订阅周期： 1 年（年度自动续期订阅）
• 订阅价格： 以应用内购买页面显示的实际价格为准（每年 $2.99 美元或等值本地货币价格）。
• 支付与续期： 确认购买后，将从您的 iTunes 账户扣款。除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅将自动续期。
• 管理订阅： 购买后，您可以随时在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理订阅或关闭自动续订。
